Awards and Recognition
We’re proud to reward good employees for their dedication and service, and we recognize them through various company awards and incentive programs.

Service Awards — For every five years of service completed, each employee receives a service pin and special recognition at a luncheon held in their honor.

Chairman’s Awards — Presented annually, the prestigious Chairman’s Award recognizes the contributions of extraordinary employees. Only the best of the best are selected. These individuals serve many different roles and represent many different levels within the organization, but they all have one thing in common: a relentless passion for excellence. These people go above and beyond, do whatever it takes to get the job done, and get it done right. They take initiative. They think “outside the box.” And they consistently achieve results that exceed expectations. In recognition of their contributions, Chairman’s Award recipients are honored at a special reception and dinner with our Board of Directors.

Safety Incentive Plan — We’re committed to providing a safe working environment for our employees. Nursing homes where the employees work a quarter without a lost-time accident are eligible to receive funds to reward their employees for their safety performance. The rewards are not in the form of cash, but can be used for lunches, parties and small gifts as a token of the company’s appreciation for their safe performance of their jobs.

Survey Performance Incentive Plan — Nursing home employees are monetarily rewarded when the home has a successful annual survey. Incentive eligibility is determined by the number and type of citations the home received during the survey, and whether those citations were cleared on the first re-visit. Each employee who is employed at the time of survey, re-visit and payout is potentially eligible for the incentive.
