If you happen to visit the Wabasso Healthcare Center this past week, you may have noticed the facility had taken on a new look. It was due in part to the Healthcare Center’s Mexican theme for Spring Break Week.
Residents, staff and visitors were able to experience the Mexican culture through activities provided. Mexican cooking, pinata making and traditional music were just a few of the things that added to the festive week.
Through Community Education, children along with the residents were able to learn and experience some of Mexico’s traditions.
